She is responsible for client development, recruiting of top talent and social media education. Kristin’s role at Kane Partners includes developing and managing their social media presence, website, blogging and marketing.

Kristin has been a special guest on NBC10s ‘Survive and Thrive’ with Tracy Davidson as a job expert providing career advice for job seekers and answering job questions via Facebook. Kristin can bee seen across the Philadelphia region speaking on various topics including LinkedIn, Social Media, Career/Job topics and Networking.

Kristin is an active member in many local chambers of commerce, networking and women’s groups. Her community involvement includes: the Technology Chair, on the Board of Governors for the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, an Ambassador for the Philadelphia Business Journal, and the Career Development Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Fairfield University Alumni Association. She is also an active volunteer on planning and steering committees and community outreach programs.

Kristin is a graduate of Fairfield University. Her passion is photography, social media, travel, and being outdoors. Kristin and her husband Michael live in Harleysville and are both actively involved with the LiveSTRONG Challenge.

Lynn Doyle (www.lynndoyle.net) is a multi award-winning journalist, and a nine-time Emmy recipient, with more than 25 years of television news experience. She is host and executive producer for the Comcast Network’s Emmy Award-winning “It’s Your Call with Lynn Doyle.” With its guests, wide range of topics, heavy viewer participation and direct access to the host, “It’s Your Call” is the most opinionated talk show in the region, offering thought-provoking television superior to straight news programs. Doyle tackles issues making national headlines and explores how they affect people in the Comcast Network viewing area by providing a forum for people to voice their concerns and opinions.

On “It’s Your Call” Doyle oversees the show’s direction and content. She is lauded for her ability to secure hard-to-get interviews with high-profile guests who can speak about the tough issues facing the country today. Doyle has founded and launched year-long and annual programming initiatives including 50 & Fabulous; Breast Cancer Awareness month; Trackside 101; and IYC Breaks It Down; to name a few. These often live, on-site thematic programming specials have explored topics ranging from 50 as the new 30; medical and charitable updates in the nation’s fight against breast cancer; a novice’s view of the national NASCAR circuit; and issues affecting young Americans. As part of 50 & Fabulous, Doyle also participated in the 2007 More Magazine 40+ Model Search, and was honored as a top ten finalist. As part of her daily and Sunday primetime shows and programming endeavors, Doyle has interviewed some of the most intriguing, brave and intelligent minds of our time. Recent guests include: Suzanne Somers; Judge Marjorie Rendell; Jeff Daniels; Jackie Collins; Fran Drescher; and Maureen Faulkner; as well as Gloria Allred, Mikhail Gorbachev, Michael Schiavo, and Ralph Nader.

As the former political director for CN8, The Comcast Network, Doyle was responsible for leading and anchoring the network’s award-winning election coverage and selecting the political content that was to air on CN8. This past year Doyle oversaw “America’s Next President,” the network’s most expansive election package to-date tracking all major events leading up to the November 2008 presidential election. Doyle recently led the network’s live coverage of the 2008 Democratic and Republican National Conventions, as well as vice presidential and presidential debates. She has interviewed the leading candidates making headlines in the race to the White House, including Senators Barack Obama; John McCain; Joe Biden; and Hillary Clinton; as well as former Democratic National Committee Chairmen Governor Ed Rendell and Terry McAuliffe.

Outside of The Comcast Network, Doyle is president and founder of LDTV, Inc., a television production company that develops programming, advertising, and video communications for various clients. Doyle's career began in the newspaper industry and has included stints in local, regional and national television, as well as government and public relations. In addition to Comcast, which is the nation’s largest cable company, she has worked for CNBC, QVC, and FOX NEWS. She has been recognized for her television excellence with multiple Emmy, Telly, and Beacon awards. In 2008, Doyle received a prestigious Emmy Award for Outstanding Program Host/Moderator in the Mid-Atlantic region. Doyle is the mother of two daughters and the grandmother of twin boys. She resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, Michael Doyle.

Melinda Emerson is an author, speaker and small business coach whose areas of expertise include small business start-up, social media marketing and business development. Known as SmallBizLady, she hosts a weekly talk show on Twitter called #Smallbizchat. Over 2500 small business owners have grown their businesses based on her proven coaching techniques. Melinda has been featured on NBC Nightly News and in the Wall Street Journal, U.S. News and World Report and Black Enterprise. Her first book, Become Your Own Boss in 12 months; A Month-by-Month Guide to a Business That Works, was released in March 2010.

In 1999, Melinda founded Quintessence Multimedia, a full service multimedia production firm. As President and CEO of Quintessence Multimedia, Melinda has created productions for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Verizon, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Comcast and Radio-One. She started the business after a career in television as a producer with ABC and NBC. Quintessence Multimedia specializes in marketing consulting, multicultural outreach, digital media production and interactive design. Her firm has received eight Telly awards for outstanding production.

Melinda has been adjunct professor at Delaware State University, and a guest lecturer at numerous colleges and universities including The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Rosemont College and The Art Institute of Philadelphia. She has also performed keynote addresses, and workshops at several conferences including: Center for Women’s Business Research, U.S. Department of Labor Women’s Entrepreneurship in the 21st century, Small Business Administration, Women Leadership Institute at GlaxoSmithKline, International Association of Business Communicators, National Urban League, and IKEA Small Business Series.

Melinda is a graduate of Virginia Tech. She has also attended executive education programs at Harvard University, Dartmouth College and the University of Virginia. She resides in suburban Philadelphia with her husband and son.
