Jeff Jubelirer is the driving force behind Jubelirer Strategies. www.jubelirerstrategies.com.  He develops and executes all aspects of the firm’s clients’ strategic communications programs, including media relations, issue and crisis management, and community relations.

In addition to his day-to-day work, Jeff serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University, and as a media and political analyst on Philadelphia’s NBC 10 and FOX 29. Since January 2007 he has co-owned PoliticsPA (www.politicspa.com), one of the most comprehensive online resources for observers of the Pennsylvania political scene.

Jeff was named as one of the region’s “40 under Forty” by Philadelphia Business Journal for his commitment to professional excellence and community involvement. He was also recognized as one of “22 People to Watch” by Philadelphia Magazine and was named to the "Pennsylvania Report 100" list of influential people in the state.

Jeff’s political and strategic communications analyses appear regularly across the Commonwealth and in the region on 1210 WPHT AM ("The Big Talker") and WHYY (NPR); and in The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Philadelphia Business Journal, The Philadelphia Daily News, Metro, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, The Jewish Exponent and POLITICO.

A former president of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association, Jeff serves on the Boards of Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children, Anti-Defamation League of Eastern Pennsylvania/Delaware, Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education and Operation Understanding.

He received masters degrees in integrated marketing communications and political science from Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Penn State. While at Northwestern, he was published in the national Journal of Integrated Communications and received the prestigious Issue Management Council Award for his work with Miller Brewing Company. For his scholarship, Jubelirer was inducted into Kappa Tau Alpha, the national honor society for journalism and mass communication.

Jeff lives in Greater Philadelphia with his wife Tracey, a pediatric oncologist with The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and his two daughters, Sofie and Alison.

Melissa has extensive experience in the prosecution and litigation of domestic and foreign patents, as well as providing counsel to clients regarding the protection of intellectual property rights. Melissa’s clients range from start ups and entrepreneurs to international corporations.

Before entering the legal world, Melissa worked in the information technology field, specializing in software development. She earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law and her B.S. in Business

Linda Karp has been president of Karp Marketing, an award-winning, certified Woman-Owned business, in Philadelphia since November 1983. Linda started Karp Marketing, a provider of full service graphic design, corporate image, marketing and advertising, after working for a number of agencies in the greater Delaware Valley.

Linda has a Masters from the University of the Arts and a Bachelors degree from Moore College of Art & design. Among other activities, Linda is a full professor at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, where she recently won an

Excellence in Teaching award. Karp teaches a number of Graphic Design courses such as Business for Graphic Design, Editorial Design and others. She is also on the Executive
Committee of the Faculty union there. Her favorite pastime is sculpting at the Fleischer Art Memorial in Center City.

Linda is currently President of CCPA (Center City Proprietors Association). She has been an active board member and officer for over twenty years.
