Greater Philadelphia Healthy Living Expo Set to Open January 27, 2008
Engaging Workshop Line-up to provide invaluable resources to attendees
LifeTime Expos & Events, LLC, producers of consumer expositions, seminars and special events dedicated to living healthy and productive lifestyles, has announced an impressive array of speakers and workshops to be presented at the Greater Philadelphia Healthy Living Expo. This comprehensive expo, designed to help inform attendees on issues of family, physical, spiritual, financial, emotional and intellectual wellness, will be held at the Southampton Armory Building, Southampton Road & the Roosevelt Boulevard, Northeast Philadelphia on Sunday, January 27, 2008 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Workshops will include an impressive array of speakers, renowned and well-respected in their fields, which include Inspirational & Educational Workshops, as well as Interactive Workshops. Stress Busters 101, Healing from the Inside Out, Intentional Manifestation, and Family Balance are some of the Inspirational Workshops, while Simple Yoga Instruction, Belly dance Instruction and Therapeutic Stretching classes will also be available to attendees of the expo.
Another highlight of the expo will include a Healthy Cooking Demo presented by Nicole Milnes, owner and founder of New Leaf Nutrition which focuses on educating the public on the foods we eat and how they affect our health. Nicole will emphasize how with a raw food diet, we can lose weight, gain more energy, relieve pain and stress, cleanse the body and revitalize. Samplings of various foods will be made available to the audience as well as recipes and information.
Complementing the compelling workshop line-up will be a diverse range of exhibitors, providing attendees with products, services and knowledge which support health, harmony and spiritual awareness and enhance overall quality of life issues.
Admission to the Greater Philadelphia Healthy Living Expo is $5.00 and children under 12 are free. Families are encouraged to attend this event for a day of fun and education to foster healthy and productive lives.
