Offering something for Every Woman at the Greater Philadelphia Women's Wellness Expo

LifeTime Expos & Events, producers of consumer expositions, seminars and special events dedicated to living healthy and productive lifestyles, is proud to present a riveting line-up for the Second Annual Greater Philadelphia Women's Wellness Expo. This all-encompassing expo will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2006 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hilton City Avenue in Philadelphia, PA from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Attendees will enjoy a diverse range of inspirational speakers, top medical professionals, celebrity appearances, free health screenings, gourmet cooking demos, fitness demos, exhibitors, entertainment, and informative, uplifting workshops helping women manage all aspects of their busy lifestyles towards living healthier, balanced, fulfilled lives.

The Keynote speaker headlining the event will be Motivational Strategist, Television Personality & Published Author Gail Kasper, renowned in her field as a high energy presenter who inspires audiences as she takes them on a journey of personal and professional fulfillment towards a life filled with success, contentment and results as they "Make a Decision to Win. Kasper is the author of the life strategy audio CD program "Make a Decision to Win" and co-author, along with Stephen Covey and Brain Tracey, of the book "Mission Impossible". An in-demand television personality, Gail has been seen on ABC, Comcast, Fox, WB, The Visitor's Channel, and CBS where she co-hosted the Emmy award-winning America's TV JobNetwork.

Joining the line-up will be Emmy-Nominated Television Personality & Ford Model Aiden Turner of ABC's All My Children. Turner was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 2003 as "Outstanding Younger Actor" for his role as Aidan Devane, which he originated in 2002 and continues to play to the thrill of All My Children audiences today. Turner will make a personal appearance and will provide attendees with a chance to meet and greet the handsome hazel-eyed celebrity who will also sign autographs & be available for photos.

Keeping in line with an offering of wellness resources and information for attendees, the prominent Dr. Paul P. Doghramji will present "Options for Treating and Preventing Migraines", an informative presentation sponsored by Pfizer.

Additionally, there will be fitness professionals well-respected in their fields providing a fun, interactive & educational experience helping attendees add some new facets to their routines. Lurainya Koerber will demonstrate the endless benefits of Bellydancing as she shares a dialogue and demonstration of this fun and gentle workout which exercises the mind, body and spirit. Nita Keesler, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who has been voted "Best in Philly" by Philadelphia Magazine will also give insight to attendees on ways they can make small changes in daily habits which can lead to better overall health and more energy in her presentation "Posture & Flexibility - Therapeutic Stretching to Promote Self-Healing."

In the realm of financial wellness, there will also be two presenters helping provide insight on good financial health. Sheila Jacobs, Certified Financial Planner of Raymond James Financial Services will present "Women, Wisdom & Wealth", helping women assess the big picture and recognize the importance of the financial component of their lives. Joining Jacobs will be Michelle Hand, CRPC and a Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial, who will present "Living Your Life & Achieving Your Financial Goals, focusing on financial decisions relevant to today's woman.

Rounding out the offering of speakers and workshops will be Transformational Life Coach Suzanne Eder, who will present "Creating Work You Love - There are many people out there who love their work. Why can't you be one of them?" Eder's goal is to inspire attendees to "live awake and inspired lives by reconnecting with their passion and deeply held longings."

A valuable resource for attendees will be the Free Health Screenings presented by the Nursing Department of the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, including BMI, Blood Pressure and information on self-breast exams. Additionally, Two Sisters Gourmet will also provide healthy cooking demos.

Complementing the compelling workshop line-up, health screenings and fitness and healthy-cooking demos will be a diverse range of exhibitors, providing attendees with products, services and knowledge which support good health and enhance overall quality of life issues.
