Press Release: LifeTime Expos & Events, producers of consumer expositions, seminars and special events dedicated to living healthy and productive lifestyles, will be producing the upcoming first-ever Delaware County Celebrating Life Senior Expo to take place at the Drexelbrook Corporate Events Center, Drexel Hill, PA. Hosted by the Delaware County Brandywine Conference & Visitors Bureau, the comprehensive expo will take place on Wednesday, October 18th, 2006 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees will enjoy a diverse range of exhibitors, entertainment, health screenings, and informative educational seminars helping seniors manage and enhance all aspects of their lives. As part of the Celebrating Life Senior Expo offerings, Lifetime Expos & Events has assembled an impressive group of featured speakers, providing attendees with upbeat, informative presentations designed to enlighten, educate and entertain. Featured speakers include: Dr. Teena Cahill who will present: "Seniors Are Sensational; Strategies for a Great Life at Any Age". Dr. Cahill is a Princeton, NJ psychologist, writer, educator, and critically acclaimed speaker at events nationwide. Her presentation will provide fun, laughter and inspiration as she discusses the mind/body connection and the latest research on aging and wellness for seniors. Dr. Sarah Stookey of Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems, will present "Choosing Where to Spend Your Golden Years". Seniors today have many new opportunities for living their lives. The decision of which level is right, is a personal one based on many factors. Dr. Stookey will explore the different levels of care and will provide information that should be used in making the decisions that are right for each individual. Dr. Stookey received her Ph.D in clinical psychology and has completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship at the Philadelphia Geriatric Center. She has worked with older adults for over 10 years.
